Such a creative post title, I know. I just cannot get enough of this color lately! My mom has always had this thing with bees. The chair cushions in our dining room have bees on them, my mom has bee bowls, and bee decor all over our house, so the color yellow has always reminded me of her. I feel like my favorite color is always dependent on my mood, and yellow just puts me in the happiest place!
Last night was one of those nights that couldn't have come at a more perfect time. I went for a run (more like a walk-run) and met my roommate at the farm where we spent the evening picking strawberries. It was one of the moments where everything just felt so simple. Life didn't feel hard and negative thoughts or emotions didn't consume me. It just seemed like nothing in that moment could hurt me and I felt so at peace. A year ago yesterday I lost someone very special to me, so last night was just what I needed.

I think maybe thats another reason I wanted to share these photos today, they just make me so happy! I mean, how can you not feel happy wearing yellow? Anyway, I hope your week is off to a great & happy start, and I want to encourage anyone reading this to pause, take time for yourself, and reflect on what and who is most important to you. Take time to cherish the good moments with the people you love, because they go by so, so quick.

I really like such skirts and I'm sure that every girl should wear such outfits. Nowadays we have a tendency all over the world when women don't want to wear girly looks and prefer jeans and trousers. The current interview follow up also shows this tendency.
